Blue Heron Builders is a full service general building construction company with a focus on Residential Remodel: elevations, floor plan conversions, kitchen and bathrooms.
- We provide free consultations and estimate of your project.
- If needed, we connect you with a number of experienced and leading Bay Area architects and interior designers who we highly recommend and have worked with on successful projects in the past.
- Once the scope of work has been determined, plans are finalized, and a budget has been set, we sign a detailed contract and agree upon a start date. From start to finish, we understand the construction project can be stressful. Our crew will treat your home with care and is respectful of your privacy.
- We take care of all the permit applications and start the work on your project. Throughout the duration of the project we make ourselves available for questions, up-dates, and meetings at all times. In addition, we have regular meetings to keep you up-to-date on the progress of the project. Communication throughout the process is key for a successful project.
